The Plymouth Colonial Region Banner had a large audience down main street in a rather large parade ….the yearly Shrewsbury Fall Festival celebration on 27 September. Fantastic weather with a clear day and rather high temperatures drew a large enthusiastic crowd.
This parade was not without incident for us Plymouth Colonial members however as the Nichol’s second car (the Metropolitan) lost it’s brakes on the way to the parade and the Palmer’s truck lost it’s gas at the carburetor with the high under hood temps about 2/3 of the way thru the parade.
A 65 ‘Cuda owned by Bill Kane lined up behind the Nichols’ coupe and the Palmer’s truck to make the journey thru the well organized parade. The website address is displayed prominently on the club banner to provide interested viewers a means to check us out.
