COLONIAL REGION PLYMOUTH CLUB MEETING: May 20, 2018
Members present: Whitmans, Nichols, Palmers, Heiligmanns, Dunleas, Ruops (with guests Ryan and Melissa)
Secretary’s Report from the March meeting was accepted. Website was discussed. Don P. was requested to add some more car shows on website posting. It was decided that Items for sale will be listed for three months. Don will be adding a table of contents in the Restoration Articles category.
The Heiligmanns have volunteered to continue doing the mailings of newsletters until the end of the year. Thank you. The Club Questionnaire is now available and members are asked to complete and return it to Judy. Bruce has finished the Club Brochure. It was given to members who are asked to distributed them at car shows, etc. to people who might be interested in our club. Members thanked Bruce for his work and voted to reimburse him for the cost.
Bruce shared information from MAAC. Judy asked members to think about the Club purchase of a lightweight club jacket for members.
The next meeting will be on SATURDAY, June 16 for a restoration shop tour and lunch at a diner. Don P. was asked to add a note to the website event notice that people attending must contact Bruce before June 13. The July meeting will be on the 15th, hosted by the Dunleas at their farm in Woodstock, CT.
