COLONIAL REGION PLYMOUTH CLUB MEETING: December 2, 2018
Members present: Whitmans, Palmers, Nichols, Ruops, Adams, Grimaldis, Crooks, Jim Dunlea
There are no Nov. Secretary minutes. For a detailed Treasurer Report contact Judi Nichols. An updated roster was distributed. Don P. will reword the membership renewal form that will be posted on the website. Dues are due in January. If you have any changes (as in kind of car, address, etc.), let Don P. know. Dues incentives were discussed but because the dues are such a small amount of money it was decided not to do anything.
Two new members have joined our club. If you join in October, November or December, your membership will be carried over to the next year at no extra cost. The Club is looking for a volunteer to mail out the newsletters to those without computers.
Our February meeting will be held on the 10th at the Oliver Wight Tavern in Sturbridge, MA at noon. If you wish to attend, send a check for $15.00 to Judi Nichols by February 5. The Club will pay for the remainder of the cost of the meal.
On March 17, the Whitmans will host the meeting at IOKA Maple Sugar Farm in Hancock, MA. On April 14, we will visit the Springfield, MA museums. More information will follow. Jim and Bruce will plan a technical day on May 19. If anyone would like to host a summer or fall meeting, please contact Judy.
