The Sept Region Event was held in Hancock, Mass at the Hancock yearly auto show. The BIG PICTURE shows the bright blue sky (with refreshing air) at just the right temperature with about 180 cars spread over a field surrounded by the green tree hills typical of the Berkshires:
The Region had their own spot overlooking the show which included just enough shade from those shade trees when it was needed and a huge American flag hung from the ladder truck boom:
The Region’s location gave us not only a great view but also distances deemed great for Covid-19 virus protection with a nice spot for sitting during lunch (brought to us by special arrangement hot off the grill):
People wandering up to our location got a great opportunity to view the well spaced cars and quiz the Region about the cars.
Plymouths also parked down with the show cars included a 40, 53, and 70 which we checked out. There were other Mopars including a couple of Super Bees, a couple of late 40/early 50 Dodge Power Wagons.
The Region had a great time since the good weather and ideal conditions were hard to beat and smiles beamed frequently:
Whitman’s new Blue family member was at the show/Region Meet along with the 57 Fury, and 1919 Dodge:
Hoods were going up and down as spectators checked out the Region vintage iron:
Another view of the “Field of Cars” & our vantage point:
Still another view of the field with my “Top Dog Favorite” visible in the far farĀ left corner (bright red Power Wagon):
And yet another view of our top priority location with best view of the show field from the hill vantage point and great shaded area for a chat:
Wouldn’t it be nice to get a repeat performance next year???!!!!
