Date Saturday May 20,2017 NOTE THE DAY IS SATURDAY AND NOT SUNDAY!!!!
Arrival time 8:30 to 9:00 am
Where The guest registration building at the entrance to the track. Admission $5 senior 65 years and older $10 regular This is for admission to the races and the car show.
We need to sign in as a group, get wrist bands, and then proceed to the car show field and park together as a club.
You are then free to tour the garage area,watch the races, or relax in the car show area. Track time will be determined by the lunch break time for the race cars.track time depends on the condition of the track at the end of the race session.
Lunch will be after track time at the Speedway Restaurant
A business meeting may be held during lunch. After lunch it’s back to the car show or races or rest to wait for the trophy presentation.
Lunch choices at the Speedway Restaurant will be:
1/2 lb. Speedway burger w/fries and cookies. OR
Grilled chicken sandwich w/fries and cookies.
The cost for either choice is $10 per person
Payment Send a check for admission and a lunch choice to Bruce & Judi Nichols by Monday May 15,2017 as a head count is needed by the Restaurant by Tuesday May 17,2017
