The 2003 Plymouth Cross Country Tour Part 1 is the first part of the materials that Lanny prepared to capture the participants, their cars, and of course the scenery of the “Big Tour”. Thanks to Lanny and his organization of the photos, anyone wishing to revisit that tour can re-ignite their excitement & memories in the pictures starting July 11.
Of course this was only the first leg of the trip for some of us so the balance covering your return back across the North American continent needed to be recorded in your own albums. Anyone in the Region wanting to share a special photo in their return leg of the journey? Please submit it for an extra addition to the Region Website. Our 33 PD Conv. continued from Oregon, up over the Canadian Rockies, up over the Great Lakes, and weeks later back to New England which means a lot more memories added to those documented by Lanny.
Lanny created a spread sheet that explains all the photos as far as who, where, when and of course what Plymouth:
Naturally Lanny wanted to get things properly identified to put together the National Bulletin. The work behind his final product is amazing! He provided a CD to each Region participating for their sharing and enjoyment.
Part 1 covers mostly pictures starting in Middleboro, Ma. Pictures will be added each month in each succeeding Part.
